Return or Exchange Candles & Wax Melts

I package your product with due care and attention to avoid damage in transit.

However, in the unfortunate event that this happens, please contact at your earliest convenience with photos of the damage so that I can arrange a replacement (photos are required to make a claim against Royal Mail/carrier).

Every care has been taken to ensure that the products are of the highest quality and I hope that you are delighted with your purchase.

Our return policy is 14 days from receipt.   If 14 days have passed since your purchase then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email to let me know that the item is being returned and retain your proof of postage.  A return address will be provided.

Once your item has been received and inspected I will notify you to confirm the approval/rejection of a refund.  If approved then a refund will be will processed using the same method of payment within 14 days. Please note the cost of shipping will not be refunded.

Our returns policy does not affect your legal right to cancel in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.
