Top Tips For

Candle Safety

♥ When lighting the candle for the first time, let it burn until the top layer of wax has fully melted (3-4 hours). This will ensure an even burn
♥ Trim your wick to 0.5cm before every burn. Do not allow the wick to curl. This avoids unnecessary smoke
♥ Always keep the wax pool free from wick and other debris
♥ Do not burn your candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time and allow to cool for 1-2 hours between burns
♥ Should the wick need centring then you can do so gently by readjusting it while the wax is still molten
♥ Always extinguish the candle when 10mm (1/2”) remains at the bottom. This will prevent damage to the container
♥ Be careful when extinguishing a candle. A candle snuffer is recommended
♥ Never leave a candle unattended. Always burn your candle in a well-ventilated room and on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not use your lid (if supplied) as a base. Keep out of reach of children and pets
♥ Soy wax is a natural product and once set, appearance may appear blemished. This does not affect the burning of your candle
